"We have to build a New Nation and in order to build such a nation our people must have knowledge. In order to acquire knowledge one must study and study persistently and painstakingly. But how can anyone study? How can anyone increase knowledge when no facilities of sort are available? Therefore it is up to us to make every facility available to those who want to study and if there are any difficulties and impediments, they must be ruthlessly demolished.
People must be taught and educated to be staunch optimistic men and women, who fear no obstacles, who understand self interest as well as national interest. They must have lofty with high cultural and moral standards, supreme devotion to the State and Supreme Loyalty to the interests of the people."
