Dhanwate National College, Nagpur is run by Shri Shivaji Education Society, Amravati. This Education Society was founded in 1932 by a great visionary Dr. Panjabrao alias Bhausaheb Deshmukh, who was the Union Minister of Agriculture in the first cabinet headed by Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru. We feel great pride in mentioning here that, recently our Education Society was awarded with “Best Education Society Award” by the Government of Maharashtra.
